Refund Policy

At STEM Camp Pty Ltd, we take pride in offering small group, high-quality programs with limited places to ensure every participant has an engaging and safe experience. Due to the limited nature of our bookings, refunds are generally not available for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or non-attendance.

By completing a booking or purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. We encourage all parents and guardians to carefully review all details, including program dates, locations, and participant information, before confirming an enrolment.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Change of Mind or Unable to Attend: Refunds or credits are not available for participants who are unable to attend, arrive late, or leave early from a session.
  • Incorrect Purchase: As spaces are limited and administrative costs are incurred at the time of booking, refunds for incorrect purchases cannot be provided.
  • Special Consideration: In exceptional or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. serious illness or family emergency), please contact admin@stemcamp.com.au. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any refund or credit will be at the sole discretion of STEM Camp Pty Ltd.
  • Program Changes or Cancellations by STEM Camp: If a program is cancelled by STEM Camp, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a service provided by STEM Camp is faulty, not delivered as described, or fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy as required by law.

Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to admin@stemcamp.com.au.
  • Once a request is received, you will be notified by email of the outcome of your application.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for approved refunds to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers
  • Downloadable digital products or online content
  • Fees for programs that have commenced or concluded

Transfers and Substitutions

If your child is unable to attend, you may request to transfer their booking to another available program or nominate another participant to attend in their place, provided adequate notice is given and approval is granted by STEM Camp Pty Ltd. Transfer requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
