MEET THE TEAM
Kris Cejka
Kris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology & Geophysics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Kris moved to Perth in 2008 from San Francisco for Chevron to help the company make better decisions on its portfolio and major capital projects such as Gorgon and Wheatstone.
Kris resigned from Chevron in 2017 to be a more present father and husband and to become a citizen of Australia. Kris still consults on complex projects and teaches decision quality to new and experienced professionals at international energy companies. He is a subject matter expert in decision quality and decision analysis, a fellow at the Society of Decision Professionals, and President of the local Perth Chapter of the Society of Decision Professionals.
Kris is excited to co-found STEM Camp and help inquisitive children discover the fascinating world around them.

Jason Barber
A 53-year-old former police officer with over 30 years of dedicated service in law enforcement, Jason has recently transitioned his expertise into the world of educational entrepreneurship. Recognising the challenges parents face during school holidays, he identified a critical gap in the market: high-quality and engaging educational care programs for children that blend safety with excitement, particularly in areas linked to WA employment opportunities such as mining.
Jason is a co-founder of STEM Camp, a business focused on delivering immersive experiences in a secure environment. At the heart of Jason's venture is his lifelong passion for fostering safe and cohesive communities where every individual can thrive. He believes that true community progress stems from empowering the next generation to reach their full potential and contribute to society with their own unique capabilities.
